A premium PG in Poonamallee, run like somewhere you’d want to live
Empire Stays is a premium paying guest residence for women and families in Senneerkuppam, Poonamallee. Rooms are furnished — cot, mattress, pillow and storage — and three meals are served daily. The building is monitored by CCTV in its common areas, there is two-wheeler parking, and quiet hours run from 10 PM to 6 AM so that people who need to sleep can. We are a single property rather than a chain, which means the person who answers the phone knows who lives here.
House rules
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Visitors are welcome during visiting hours and must register at reception; no visitor may stay overnight without prior permission. Keys and access cards must not be shared. Fire exits are kept clear at all times. Smoking is not permitted where prohibited by law or house rules. Pets require prior written permission. Two-wheeler parking is available in the designated area.
Food
Three meals a day are served on site: morning tiffin, lunch and dinner. Timings are notified in the dining area and the menu varies through the week.
Moving in
Bring a valid government photo ID, your college or company ID, and your parent or guardian’s contact number. We verify documents at check-in as a condition of stay.
