Who can stay at Empire Stays?
We are a premium PG for women and families. Alongside long-term residents we also take short-stay guests — for example families here for a wedding, or someone staying nearby while a relative is treated at Saveetha Dental College and Hospital or Aravind Eye Hospital.
What does it cost?
Rent depends on the room type and how long you are staying, and there is a separate security deposit. Charges cover rent, food, maintenance and electricity (EB), which is billed separately from rent. Call or WhatsApp us on 9025454448 and we will give you exact figures.
What room types are available?
Single occupancy, double sharing and triple sharing. Some rooms are air-conditioned and some have an attached bathroom — ask us what is free when you call.
Is food included?
Yes. Three meals a day are served on site — morning tiffin, lunch and dinner. Timings are notified in the dining area.
